Alaska Trip: Days 2-3

Tent city. Ours is the little snack about to be snapped up by the Bailey's mansion.

View from Camp Rifkin.

Inside the Big Blue Shack.

Sanona.

Scott and Ben enjoying a greasy Father's Day breakfast at the local Elk's Lodge.

Smiles all around.

Sanona at the ready as we got gill netting for salmon.

Scott at the helm.

A good set.

Our first catch - a 32" King Salmon.

All in a few hours work: 5 Sockeye and a fat King.

Fish eye view.

Keegan...and an Olympia.

Scott expertly fillets a Sockeye.

Mmmmmm, nothing like ocean fresh sashimi.

Ben tries his hand at filleting a big Sockeye.

Two left, and a bunch of tobiko, plus a few fishy beers.

Jamie on our hike out to Battery Point.

Dylan on the beach.

Beating driftwood with rocks - nothing better.

Sanona helps give the big guy a bottle.

Self-family portrait.

Sanona wasn't too sure about Dylan on the way home...
